Reduced Russian gas supply an economic attack, says German economy minister

BERLIN, June 21 (Reuters) - Reduced gas flows from Russia are an economic attack on Germany, German Economy Minister Robert Habeck said on Tuesday, adding that it was part of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s plan to stir up fears. “This is a new dimension,” said Habeck about Russia’s moves. “This strategy cannot be allowed to succeed.”
