Gladstone Land Acquires Olive Orchard in California

MCLEAN, VA / ACCESSWIRE / June 21, 2022 / Gladstone Land Corporation (Nasdaq:LAND) ("Gladstone Land" or the "Company") announced that it has acquired 1,374 gross acres of farmland located in Glenn County, California, for $24.5 million from Solum Partners ("Solum"), headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.In connection with the acquisition, Gladstone Land also entered into a 15-year, triple-net lease agreement with California Olive Ranch, Inc.
