地产五月炼狱

五月新房销售面积同比依然是 40% 的下滑,其中面积下滑幅度与上月没有差别,成交均价略微抬头。$ 贝壳.US

在比较差的动销情况下,五月地产开发资金来源也是深度负增长(-33%),对应的五月房地产投资额同样是负增长(同比-8%)。

由于销售状况不佳,地产资金来源受限,除了较低的地产固定资产投入,五月住宅的竣工和新开工数据也都在低位徘徊,尤其是五月竣工面积还在加速下滑。
