At 10:57 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (.DJI) was up 0.45% at 37,946.91. The S&P 500 (.SPX) was down 0.22% at 5,000.16 and the Nasdaq Composite (.IXIC) was down 0.81% at 15,474.81.
