New Mountain: Q1 Earnings Snapshot NEW YORK (AP) _ New Mountain Finance Corp. (NMFC) on Wednesday reported first-quarter net income of $51.5 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the New York-based company said it had profit of 49 cents. Earnings, adjusted for investment gains, came to 30 cents per share.

The business development company posted revenue of $67.7 million in the period.

New Mountain shares have risen 12% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 76% in the last 12 months.
