特斯拉 “史上最疯狂” 薪酬方案又有新动态，特斯拉将再次让股东就首席执行官埃隆·马斯克的 560 亿美元（约合人民币 4000 亿元）薪酬方案进行投票。此前，美国特拉华州法院于今年 1 月宣布，2018 年特斯拉为马斯克安排的 560 亿美元奖金无效。特斯拉董事会表示：“董事会支持这一薪酬方案。我们在 2018 年就相信了这一点，因为我们要求马斯克追求非凡的目标来发展公司。时间和结果证明了我们的判断是正确的。”
数十家机构股东已联系特斯拉，并表示支持该薪酬计划，其中前 10 名机构股东中占据四家。同时数千名散户投资者已向董事会发送信件和电子邮件，表达了同样的观点。
