这次去北京车展，我最深刻的感受是，汽车行业的范式转变是必然的。
1）传统燃油车的卡点，是发动机 + 变速箱，车企掌握这个来获取利润大头，其他供应商在这个基础上跟车厂赚小钱2）纯电动：纯电动的卡点是在电池上，没有电池的车企，毛利是控制不住的。也就是说，章男看到了从 ICE 到 BEV，车企缺乏卡点，是没办法像之前一样和供应链分钱的3）智能化：智能化卡点，原来是在软件 + 芯片，今年智能驾驶加大投入以后，算卡成了核心资源。这对于传统车企来说，更难有卡点所以在中国把这些范式都探索清楚以后，车企的核心价值就很清楚了，如果没卡点，没战略位置，只能靠拖长时间来转型。
