1、$騰訊控股.HK股東們的沽空壓力，儘管投行券商機構紛紛看好美團，但短期內股份派息到投資者手中，難免產生拋壓，更何況是在大市並不樂觀的前提下。
2、抖音本地生活業務的快速崛起，給了美團一定的壓力。抖音團購起量超級快，市場對本地生活的估值倍數可能要從 25-30 下調到 15-20 左右。
3、社保傳言？東哥今天一則員工信，瞬間給到美團壓力。市場上關於美團給騎手交社保的討論再度興起。
