绿茶集团赴港 IPO，公司成立于 2008 年，公司的主品牌 “绿茶餐厅” 在传统 “中国风” 环境中为顾客供应各类中式融合菜肴，2016 年 1 月新推出副品牌休闲西式餐厅 Play King，它第一家餐厅设立于杭州，截止目前在全国，绿茶餐厅在全国已有 185 间餐厅，覆盖中国 17 个省份、四个直辖市及三个自治区。
就 2020 年的收入及餐厅数目而言，绿茶集团均是中国第四大休闲中式餐厅运营商。此外，根据同一资料，就收入而言，公司是最大的专注于融合菜的休闲中式餐饮品牌。
